Help Ticket

I’m trying to figure out how to submit a help ticket or speak directly to someone from EA Support about an issue I’m having with Madden and the EA servers.

I’ve gone to the EA Help website, but I’m not seeing a clear option to create a ticket or start a live chat. Can someone walk me through the exact steps to get

Hi there. If you can tell me about your issue, I'll try to help. If you'd like to open a case, go to help.ea.com and choose Madden 26 as your game. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the 'Contact us' button to open a case. Thanks!
