I can’t play superstar mode

Every time I loaded up, it says you have lost your connection to EA servers paycheck your network connection and I have nothing is wrong, but I still can’t superstar mode

Roster Download Issues
Anyone else having issues downloading new roster. I do it then it keeps asking me to do it again. I have saved the new roster 5 times now and it keeps making me download again.
