Can you please share the build version and a screenshot showing the error message. The build version is mentioned in the 'About' section of the app on Playstore and Appstore. 

Thank you for your reply! The version is 26.1.119 and there is no update available.

I have the same exact issue. I’ve used the app for years and never had this issue before this year. Did you find a fix?

I have not found a fix unfortunately. I don’t understand why EA can’t fix it. We’ll be finding out the cover athlete for the next Madden in a. Couple months already.

I'm having the same issue with the Companion app, it keeps saying Server Error. It wont load the auctions hub, my binder, etc.
