I cant access my player builds in superstar mode.

After i updated  to version 1.0.0.69, i could not access my player builds in superstar mode. im stuck on my level 20 cornerback and i cant respect the cornerback or customize that build. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 2 times and it still hasn't worked or fixed the bug. All of my friends do not have this issue. When i try to change my build it saids error and wont let me back out or change my build and it forces me to reset my game
