Has EA really not responded to this issue? Anything, they just came out with the roster update 1 week after creating this issue? I mean how have they not said anything, even if they cant figure it out dont leave us in the dark. EA should be ashamed of them selves. I Demand a Refund? Whos with me. I wanted to create a new discussion since the originally reported issue is marked as "solved" and it is clearly not. We need an ETA for a fix asap since the game has been unplayable for a week now - only 2 months after game release! Since the update a week ago (21-Oct-2025) PC performance is unplayable with lag spikes and stuttering when playing any online game. No graphics settings seem to help and the provided workaround only helps with offline modes... this is NOT A VIABLE SOLUTION for online modes (which is 99% of how we play the game). There has been no ETA for a fix and I just tried a H2H game now and the issue is still present. When I play h2h, often on the playcall screen I cannot select a play. The controller works fine, in fact I can still favorite the play by hitting the button twice, but I cannot scroll, use the bumpers, or select plays. Curiously, after I take the delay of game I am able to select plays like fine, and then it resets to not being able to, and I need to take another delay to select a play. The problem with this is even when in a private game against my friend, who this also happens too, I get kicked for too many delays. I am on PC, and also have all that stuttering and lags too, even after disabling on field feedback or whatever. This is all since S3 update.PC Online Smoothness Issue
We are heading into DAY 8! with no update and only one message from the EA team referencing PC lag in H2H. This should be completely unallowed and everyone on the bug fixing and development team for all platforms should be out of a job. The company rakes in billions per year with all the games and access to alll the technological resources you could ask for. YET we are in the dark like a 1940s attic about when we are able to play the game many people put hunrdereds of dollars in.Mut lineups not working
EA. It's been 3 weeks now since I've been able to view my mut lineup and set my abilities. I can't even play mut right now because I can't fill a gap in my lineup because I get booted to the main menu when I try to launch it. If I can't play that mode I can't put money into this game...Madden 26 PC Lag
Every PC user is being impacted by the latest patch causing a delay or stutter like experience. This is not a PC hardware issue, this only occurred AFTER the latest updated. It's unplayable, so I don't know how support prioritizes issues like this but it should be a P0. I've been trying to play Madden 26 H2H for a week now on my PC and my internet is great. Nothing wrong with my connections. Yet it's UNPLAYABLE. I tried to toggle off that visual feedback as requested ALL settings on low and STILL IS NOT WORKING! How do you sell a game that isn't ready to be played or have an update that is UNPLAYABLE.A week and Not a word from EA! Cancelling my play account!
I own almost all the games i play outright however i pay still for a play account. I was mistakenly thinking this would make sure customer service might be helpful when i came across any issue with a game. I have been shown this is completely false. Even when EA bloke there own game they wont even post an update on information for it's customers. This doesn't even seem as this patch was alpha tested as if they didn't care and forced it out. Paying customers are at this time buying a broken product and EA clearly knows this and DOES NOT CARE! I won't fund a company that treats it customers like trash! I own lots of AE products like all the battlefield series and so many other titles. This has left a scar on this Brand name i wont forget! Thank you for making my choice to not buy Battlefield 6
