In-game stuttering since the patch (offline) on PC

Playing franchise mode and quick play and I have BAD stuttering. Had no FPS issues prior to the patch.

My GPU (RTX 4060 Ti) usage seems to stick around ~50%, whereas it was always over 70-80% before the patch.

What I've tried :

Updated Nvidia drivers, rebooted PC (No difference)

I'm still having this stuttering issue after trying all the recommended settings. 5090, 14900K, 128GB DDR 5 6000, 10,000MBps nvme.

There is an issue with and hyperthreading on your intel CPU. A person on these forums figured this out a few days ago. If you want to play without stuttering turn off hyperthreading in your bios or use a third party program to disable it for madden.
I personal am refusing the work around and not playing - once it's fixed asking for a refund for the downed time which will be easily seen through steam.
Also the principal of the thing it's not my problem to tinker with the factory settings of my CPU to make a game work. Especially a major title from one of the largest publishers.
Lastly to vent a bit it, it is very frustrating to not here even the slightest word from the game developer on this.

To EA Kent and everyone in EA, I thank you for todays patch. The game is back to very smooth play. I even change graphics setting to high and butter smooth in Slow sim Cpu vs Cpu. With all the bells and whistles. Great job and thank you.
