Madden 26 Fieldpass not getting anymore EXP

since my Fieldpass reached 250exp before lvl 31 I don’t get any exp anymore. I bought for 50 coins the last exp to get 31 but the bug is still ongoing I played a lot of games and challenges and didn’t even get 1 exp for it. Pretty sad, inhope they fix it and I get the exp afterwards refunded.
