Madden 26 graphic glitch

So I have been having a problem inside of menus and in games, both ut, franchise, and superstar, where there is a crazy distortion which makes it seem like you are inside a players head. Thats the best explanation i have of what it looks like at least. I play on high setting. I have tried turning off rt and ambient occlusion with no success. Same thing with verifying game files and reinstalling the game. I have also tried reinstalling drivers. I did seem to have this problem after the roster update.
