Madden 26 ps5

I cannot play my superstar mode. It loads up and goes to the combine and then I get error message or i get to 40 yard dash then camera spans out and you can see the whole inside of the stadium. I’ve restarted my system to clear the cache and rebuild the system and I’ve cleared the memory a lot. After restarting and starting at the main screen I can see all of my achievements and what not and I know it hasn’t worked. Can someone help me?
