LTD Josh Allen Not Restored After Weeks

I’ve stayed patient for over FIVE WEEKS waiting for a resolution on my missing LTD Josh Allen item in Madden NFL, and at this point the lack of communication and support is honestly unacceptable. This wasn’t just some random card — it was a major part of my team progression, and because of this issue I’ve missed out on upgrades, tournaments, coins, and time that I can’t get back. What makes this even more frustrating is that the game has already been difficult to enjoy lately because of constant server problems and outages that make Madden feel unplayable almost every other day. Players are spending time and money on this game just to deal with missing content, server issues, and support cases that sit unanswered for weeks. The community deserves better communication, faster support, and accountability when problems like this happen. After five weeks, I am requesting immediate compensation or restoration of my missing item, because no player should be left waiting this long with no real answers.
