Madden 26 Season 4 premium pass

I bought the premium field pass for season 4 yesterday… come to find out it wasn’t supposed to drop until today and I didn’t receive my rewards in result. I was supposed to receive a 93 OVR BND and was told it would be fixed today once the season officially drops. I also didn’t receive any of the zero chill players on top of that. The packs kept glitching. Need my packs please.
