Madden 26 trial not working pc

So i got ea play from pc game pass and EA lets me download madden 26 and paly the free trial but everytime i open the game it shows the splash screen the white loading line appears then it closes and shows this picture. Is there any solutions to this i already tried restarting my pc, my app and i cleared cache and repaired the app
