Premium field pass

I had the same issue on PS5 Pro.  Purchased the Premium pass then took my Points and it's not unlocked.  How do we get this fixed?

I spent 1500 Points on upgrading to the Premium Pass and it seems there was a server issue as it stated there was an error.  Took my points but didn't give the pass.  Please help!

Just spent 2k of my deluxe edition points on the Lions premium pass but only got the playercard items, not the packs. Already level 20..

When purchased it I saw I deduct my coins, then the system broke down it disappeared.  And it did not issue me a refund.

Basically i had to pay 2000 points for premium than 1500 points for field pass im not too sure what's the difference and why i had to purchase both confused on what's the difference?

Field Pass is Free then you pay for the Premium Pass and get an additional reward path.

You spent 2000 on the team field pass then you got the premium field pass for mut

Yeah I sure did, that was a waste of my points, the content is horrible.   I was trying to get the season pass but seems EA tricked me during the server errors.
