Madden connectivity issues

Question

I am able to connect to the EA Servers on Madden but whenever I try to open up an online game mode (MUT, H2H…) it backs me out and says I have lost connection to the servers. I have tried many solutions (restarting router, hard restarting my PS5, uninstalling Madden, disabling crossplay) and nothing works. Has been like this for weeks at this point.

Yep, and nothing being done about it. So gross that I can't play the game that I paid for

The issue has been reported to the teams, but there is currently no fix available.In the meantime, I’d like to suggest a temporary workaround that seems to be working:

Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
Enter Superstar &gt; Showdown Ranked
Exit Superstar to Main Menu
Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"

Normally, after following these steps, you should be able to reconnect to MUT.Please let us know if it worked for you.
