Madden Crashing on Xbox

Same here. Haven’t finished one preseason franchise game. Only a few MUT challenges. Crashes on main menu, mut menu as well. Never had this issue. Unbelievably frustrating as I watch everyone else enjoy seamless playing. Makes me even less confident they’ll fix it, since the vast majority are playing without any issue. Please help, EA 

it was doing the same to me lastnight and weirldy i think it was due to the new MUT packs they released yesterday, because i noticed the same thing happened the minute they released the preseason standouts content it immediately kept crashing MUT so i went an played my franchise mode then it started randomly booting me during a game then kicking me out of franchise during the draft, few hours after the content releases it never sid it again but it feels like even now franchise is tied so hard to online unless youre completely in offline franchise then itll do this until they fix it

I am experiencing the same thing where the game freezes and crashes, and goes to the home screen on my Xbox for Madden26, NCAA 26, and Battlefield 6 Beta.  I can barely get 2-3 minutes of playing time on the games.  I have tried everything that I read online, and nothing has worked.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the games 3 times so far.  Everyone that I know that have a PS5, computer, and a few who are on Xbox has no issues playing the games.  Last year, the same issue occurred for Madden 25 and NCAA 25, and after some time, the games started working, but I never heard what resolved the issue.
