Madden messed up

Why when I pay for xp for madden to have a nice quarterback and wide receiver and had them for months that now I go to play and my quarterback and wide receiver switched teams from the raiders to the giants for the quarterback and browns to the raiders for my wide receiver.. Then to fix the mistake of being switched and having 2 head coaches offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator for both players that they both reset completely because I had to load them both from college. How do I get them back to what they were who’s gonna refund that money I just lost out on of a glitch and mistake from madden
