Community ManagerDeankoehler8 DDDearion Your UT can only be reset in a handful of ways. More often than not, it is because the platform you play on is delinked from your EA account, or the wrong accounts are linked, and you are logged into the game with the wrong account. That could be the EA account or a different platform account like Xbox, PS, etc.
First, I would log into EA.com with the right EA account and make sure (if you play on console) the right console ID is linked.
If anything is off, you have to link the correct accounts. What I would suggest is to contact EA Help and have them review the accounts you are on and see what is linked. That I am afraid is not something we do over the forums.
More often than not, it comes down to wrong-linked accounts or being logged into the wrong account.

EA_Shepard Hey, was told that I have to wait 6 months because I can’t unlink the account for security reason…. I put a lot of time and money into MUT and I just want my team back honestly. Changing/Updating an account shouldn’t make me lose progress on my team. 6 months is entirely too long to get my MUT team back, won’t even be a point of playing. All this because I wanted the Kyle Hamilton from the Twitch Drop.
