MVP Madden 26 game appears reverted to basic startup version

On 01/08/26 I bought a Season 5 pass for the Madden 26 game. When I logged on I didn't receive the packs that should of come with it. I logged out. Later when I tried to log back into game it showed the beginning setup for a standard version of Madden 26 and wanted me to respond. I did not because I've had the game since Pre-Order April 2025. Been working on my Mut Team and can't understand why everything is now gone. Is this a known issue please advice. I just want my game and progress back. Eagerly awaiting your response and solution to this problem.
