I'm lost for words

I was recently permanently suspended for coin distribution. I was not told what I did when I did it or any other details. I read EA's terms of service and I was told that I would receive a 30 day email ahead of time letting me know what I did wrong and what the actions on my account we're gonna be I did not receive that email. I spent 80 bucks on Christmas and then two days later my account gets permanently suspended and I have no idea why so in my eyes my money just got stolen. I made many appeals and they all keep getting denied. I would like to know what I even did to receive my suspension but everybody at EA Help has the same copy and paste button and nobody knows how to actually solve an issue. I wish I was able to actually call and talk to somebody because then I think everybody would have their issue solved quicker with a lot more appreciation to the company. I feel like this company is really useless. They don't know how to help and they have bots do everything for them. I just want either my account back or my money back or at least unlink the account for me cause now I can't even unlink my account because it has a bang on it so this is really one big loophole and it's really stupid. I'd like it to end.
