Nintendo Switch Madden 26 Linking EA problem

So I was excited to finally have a madden game on my switch 2. Once I downloaded it and started the game I was soon greeted by an EA login verification which states: in order to to verify your identity, we'll send you a code to an email which doesn't belong to me. I don't see any option to change that email to my correct ea account email. On top of that, in the official ea website, when logged in, there are no way to link or unlink a nintendo accounts. Thus I can't change the email that way either. I really need some help here......
