Not Receiving Madden Points

Today March 18th, 2026 I made a purchase of 1600 Madden points for the new season pass and I didn't receive anything, I tried refreshing game to see if it would appear, but still nothing. I tried refunding from xbox because I didn't get my content and they denied my request for a refund. I have receipts and money withdrawn from my account as proof.
