"Spike Ball" Glitch PC

Sometimes when im playing in any mode, every time after i run a play on offense my offense will automatically go into "spike ball", i dont understand what is going on. Ive used 3 different controllers and the last controller was a brand new controller and it still does it. There was one time that i restarted the game that it fixed it but recently ive restarted the game 4 times and it still hasnt fixed it. EA, fix this please, ive played 20H already and this glitch makes me want to try to refund this game already!!!! I understand that games have glitchs sometimes but when its just straight unplayable is gets annoying and every madden game has had an issue when i play it!
