Online input delay and lag on pc

Trying to play mut is literally impossible. Last year and the start of this year already whenever I try to play an online game I have unplayable input delay and it causes my game to stutter at times. I have a ryzen 7 5700x, NVIDIA 3070, 32gb 3600mhz ram and I have good internet with an ethernet cable. I have tried locking my fps, lowering my settings and nothing works. I preordered the game for the mut rewards hoping and praying I would actually be able to play, but EA is just a group of monkeys in the jungle throwing **bleep** around and producing this game from it. If anyone knows what I can do it would be very very appreciated.
