PC Quality Drop Off end of First Quarter

Hi I just downloaded Madden 26 on PC, and my gameplay with about a minute left in the first quarter always drops significantly in terms of quality making it unplayable. Super laggy, and my audio becomes terrible. Anyone have any advice? Ive already disabled visual feedback, capped FPS, turned on borderless fullcreen. I have a relatively new PC with a 4060 so I wouldn’t imagine it to be a hardware problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
