Crashing game

Hi ea I bought this game 2 months ago and there have been no issues until now, a lot of times when I go to a quick play match with a cpu when I select to receive the game just crashes and it keeps doing that, another problem I have is when I click on ultimate team and it takes me to a black loading screen like it should but then just says error our servers cannot process your request at this time, and then I can’t play ultimate team, and I keep on having to sign in to ea servers just for it to disconnect me please help.
