Persistent Server Error and Superstar Progress Resets - Xbox
I am reporting a persistent "Our servers cannot process your request" error that has lasted over 24 hours. This started during a long play session and has continued despite waiting a full day and performing all standard troubleshooting.
Specific Details:
- Platform: Xbox
- Game Mode(s): Ultimate Team and Superstar Mode.
- Error Message: "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
- Troubleshooting performed: Hard power cycle, router reset, and checking for updates.
- Additional Bug: In Superstar Mode, progress and settings are being reset after every session.
This is happening to me and my friends simultaneously, indicating a backend server issue. Please investigate account-side locks or server-side synchronization errors.
