Please fix bug that involves daily login issue

Please eradicate the Customer Support team since they are rude, nasty, and  very unprofessional.  Instead of marking and reporting the issue, they send me to this useless forum that doesn’t do anything.   They tell me that if it’s a serious issue, you will fix the issue.  You have 2 areas in the goals involving a daily login. However, it only credits in 1 of them.  Please see the attachment.
