And I have let it go for a long time but now my 7 year old wants to play and this is getting annoying. How do I fix this? Constant “reset password” and everything I do always leads to this message in the screenshot.
Please someone at EA or anyone this error has been happening for years and all I can do is play quick play modes, I continue to pay for a new game every year I just want it to work. I had a case open literally in 2023 about this that is now closed without a solution and it seems any way I look you can’t find a place to open a new case or speak to someone. Frustrated as hell….
I am going to keep bumping this until I get some solid help. Years of not being able to fix this is unacceptable.

I'm not affiliated with EA, but I believe that it's saying that your account is linked to EA already and they can only have 1 account linked at a time.
