Rank Points Not Updating Before Season Reset

“Hi EA Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my rank points not updating in Madden NFL 26. Despite completing objectives and playing games, my RP has been stuck at the same number for a while. I’ve already tried contacting support and logging in and out, but the problem persists. With the season ending in about 3 days, 20 hours, and 53 minutes, I’m concerned about not receiving the rewards I’ve earned and how the reset will impact my rank.

I’d really appreciate it if this could be resolved before the season ends to ensure I don’t miss out on what I’ve worked for.
