Yeah they don't care it won't get fixed until 5 months down the road.

The issue has been persistent for no joke over three years potentially even going on five years. EA refuses to acknowledge their errors let alone acknowledge this forum or you or I commenting. Through updates it will most likely be fixed but the issue is that it’s been happening for the first month or two of each games release for years now. It’s a joke, and honestly pretty scary to see coming from such a large company.

Been dealing with the same thing. Crashing mid game for both games. Can barely get thru a few ultimate team challenges before getting dashboarded. I tried resetting Xbox, unplugging, still no difference. Battlefield Beta even kicked me twice. Would love to play these games but can’t even enjoy a day off bc they crash constantly 

Same here. MUT, Franchise, or even main menu. It’s crashed at all levels. Dropped the resolution to 720p and it got me to the second qtr in a franchise game before another crash. Have not finished any game due to this issue. Only a few MUT challenges have been finished. Have purchased every year since 2019 and this is my first experience with crash issues. All my other games work fine. Jumped into Witcher 3 and Flight Sim 24 to check and they were flawless. Erased and reloaded Madden, cleared cache, Power cycled my series X, alternated MAC, dropped resolution. Still can’t get through a game. Frustrating watching everyone else play without a problem. We are the cursed Madden 26 players. At least I’m not alone
