Same here. Cmon had the same issue last year. We even paid the most for the bundles. This is robbery.

I paid over 140 dollars for the MVP bundle only for it not to be in the bundle as a game but as an add on and can not download it. This is insane when we spent the most for the game. The xbox app is trash, i installed the game from there but it says i dont own the game. I uninstalled it and now the app is still acting like its installed on my xbox. What is going on EA_Bogdan​? @ea staff?

I preordered the EA Sports MVP Bundke which includes CFB 26 and Madden 26 and College Football has been working great, but there is still no way for me to download the preordered Madden 26. I find this concerning as the game is disposed to release for early access today. Is there anyway to download it yet or do I still have to wait? 

same issue for me, xbox series x.  when I purchased the bundle CFB26 unpacked immediately.  I see no options to download Madden.

I'm not seeing it anywhere, not in my game library, not in the "all games" section, I can't pre-download from the app, and going to the Microsoft store isn't giving me any options either. Just says "I own this". Even tried to download from xbox.com, but still nothing.

what is the solution here ? and how do we contact this **bleep****bleep**

I was able to download it..  for some reason I got to through the phone xbox app connected to my console.   But it still has game icon still has the warning sign on it and when try to open, says I don't own.
