Roster Download Issues

This is ridiculous.  I quit playing largely because of this 

BigCA86​ exact same here. I’m at a loss for this whole thing. Did an online chat with EA rep. yesterday and it was the same BS sort of runaround where they ask platform, error message and other information that has nothing to do with this problem. They then told me after I explicitly said on on all their channels of communication (here & all socials and support chat I was in) that there’s hundreds of posts & comments all saying same thing. I was then told to check all the same channels regularly for updates and to voice issues. It’s like living in a twilight zone. Just want to say sincerely to EA, Fück your bottom tier on every level company and your pathetic lack of effort year in and year out.  They have wasted enough hours of everyone’s life writing in this dumbäss forum that it’s actually borderline cruel  at this point.

Yeah. This is insane. You'd think they'd have it good by now. But no. They're screwing it up badly. I cant tell you how many times I've tried to get the new rosters. Never works. Its stopping me from playing head to head and having the latest rosters. I would like to be able to have Philip Rivers on the Colts and Sam Hartman on the Commanders and more but no.

The fact that we spent our hard earned money on a product that we expect to perform the way it's advertised and when it doesn't, we are left with the company denying that there is even an issue and delaying the product being fixed is down right robbery, manipulation, bait & switch and just down right wrong. Could you imagine paying top dollar for a brand new car and then the steering wheel doesn't steer? Then company ignores your complaints and tells you everything is fine. Yea, thats us vs EA sports right now.

Totally agree man we been all over this but EA refuses to fix or acknowledge
