Description of Issue:
When attempting to access Madden Ultimate Team (MUT), the game returns a MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM error followed by "Our servers cannot process your request at this time." Additionally, attempting to access Superstar Mode triggers an immediate Error 512. Standard Online Head-to-Head (H2H) matchmaking works flawlessly on the exact same account.
Account Status:
EA Penalty History: 100% clean. Checked the official enforcement tool; there are zero active bans, suspensions, or market/auction restrictions.
Troubleshooting Completed (Local Hardware & Software):
Console Cache: Performed a full hardware power cycle (unplugged power brick for 60 seconds) and cleared the Xbox Series X Alternate MAC address.
Save Data: Deleted the local save data profile from the console dashboard to force a pristine cloud-sync download upon title launch.
Identity Handshake: Reset the EA account password, modified Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings, and flushed trusted devices/authorized applications to force an explicit credentials re-verification screen on the console boot.
