16 weekly solo tokens disappearing

I just redeemed a 98-90 collectors series card for 5. When I went to redeemed my flashback cards for 15 they were all gone. I cleared my cache and looked every but they are nowhere to be found. Can I get some help please? This happen June 3rd 2026
