Subject: Ongoing Game Crashing Issues – Madden 26 & NCAA 26 on Xbox Series X

Dear EA Support Team,

I'm following up regarding an ongoing issue where I’m still unable to play any of my EA games, specifically Madden 26 and NCAA 26, on my Xbox Series X. The games either freeze and crash within 1–2 minutes of starting or crash right as the game is about to begin.

What’s particularly frustrating is that friends of mine with the same Xbox Series X setup are able to play without any issues. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step available online, including reinstalling the games, clearing cache, checking for updates, and more. None of these have resolved the issue.

It’s worth noting that I experienced a similar problem last year with Madden 25 and NCAA 25, which eventually resolved itself—presumably after a patch or backend fix on your end.

I’m requesting your assistance in resolving this matter. Please advise on next steps or whether a known fix is in progress.
