Superstar mode unplayable

I know a lot of people seem to be having the same issue when you finish combine you get a black screen and can’t progress any further. 
How have they not fixed this ? This isn’t even a glitch making it hard to play, you just straight up can not play that part of the game. 
EA just making their reputation worse.
