Superstar Mode

I've been having this on going issue for at least 3 now, where I can't play superstar mode. When I try to log onto it I get hit with the "Connection Lost" saying I need to resign into EA, then I'm hit with the "Attention: There was an error retrieving the data. Please, try again later" message. I've talked to an EA assistant back in February and they told me "We're looking into it". It's been 2 and a half months since then, I'm really aggravated considering I paid 70 dollars for this game and I can't even play with one of the main features! It's very annoying and should of been fixed by now, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected my EA account and even wired in my Xbox. If anyone can help with this please reply.
