EA account lost connection

I paid for Madden 26. At first it worked fine and now it’s saying EA account lost connection. nothing wrong with the account- no bans and it’s linked to the xbox. I tried EVERY SINGLE trouble shooting step- clear DNS cache, changed the DNS TO 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4,  cleared the MAC address, configured my router, unplugged everything for 5-10 minutes and still NOTHING. So either EA owes me money for the game i paid for and can’t even play or they need to fix it THIS IS RIDICULOUS
