Superstar problems

I can’t even access my superstar it keeps saying “an error has occurred please try again later” it’s been months now and I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall the game still the same problem and I unlinked my account and relinked it still didn’t work so I’m not sure what more else I can do I’m trying to just play with my friends
