Stuttering Constantly

I just bought the game about 3-4 days ago and Ive noticed that no matter what I do (repair/reinstall ea app, dumb my graphics down, cap my frames , turn off visual feedback etc). In online matches Ultimaye Team specifically my game stutters every 2 seconds. I’ve been trying every Reddit post and forum I’ve seen to see if the issue would persist and to my luck it still stutters no matter what I do so here I am now (never made a ea forum) for the first time asking for help.
