Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

Superstar mode is my preferred mode to play.   I created a QB and RB and those worked fine.  However, I created a linebacker and after I created the player I was put into the settings screen.  After accepting the settings it put me into an infinite loading screen that I have to close the game to get out of.  Now, every time I click on Superstar mode it takes me back to the settings screen and then leads to the infinite loading screen. 

Because switching avatars is in the Superstar menu, not only is my LB creation inaccessible but my previously created QB and RB are also inaccessible.  I can no longer play Superstar at any position until this is fixed.

I tried going through support but none of the changes they provided worked.  I verified files, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted and reset my profile, and even tried connectivity troubleshooting despite no issues connecting in other modes.

I know others have posted on the same topic but none seem to have found a fix.  Posting my experience to see if keeping it in EA's forums might lead to a solution one day.  Superstar is the main reason I buy Madden so this year's version has turned into a waste of $60 until I can get this fixed.
