support not fixing issue
i made a purchase on madden store. must be a bug or something. never got the rewards but they took 1500 credits. i have transcript with 3 hours of support chat, where they closed it saying they told me to get with Xbox. what are we even doing. can anyone on here even help?
First, “Varsha” promised it would be fixed and assured me the team was working. Refused to give me any info on time frame, update information, follow-up contact nothing. Closed the chat after I asked for a contact for tech team.
Second, “Rohit” told me there is no record of conversation with Varsha. That is a proven lie as I have the transcript on my end. Then was transferred to another cue. That person told me it is an xbox issue and to get with them. I said xbox has nothing to do with the madden store inside the game. I had madden currency, spent that currency on in game rewards (Season 2 MUT PREMIUM PASS) , and did not receive them. He asked if I needed anything else that he gave me the answer and had to close the chat. I told him he did not and I explained it and not to close the chat. At this point just refund the points and i’ll but it again. Nope they cant do that. I get it. Tell me what to do to fix it, nope close chat. Another 3 hours nothing to show for it. I even asked the guy to give me information on how to apply for refund or submit a corporate compliant, and dude just said bye. I must be stupid and just not understand.
