Teambuilder down for maintenance?

So yesterday, Sunday January 4, 2026 it was back up when I checked at about 3-4pm pacific time. I was in there for an hour making a few edits to a previous team. I just checked at around 12am Monday January 5, 2026 and it's back down to the same maintenance page. I was hoping after working a couple of hours on some better logos and wanting to change my team name that I'd be able to log back in and it would still be up, but nope. While there were a few things missing like brand color on the socks and logo placement options on pants, most of it was working as normal. I'm on the west coast, and yesterday was the first time in about a week it worked. I even booked marked the link to go directly to /my-teams but doesn't matter, redirects to madden 26 team builder landing page.  Doesn't work on my iPad Pro either, site just redirects to maintenance page. Just giving an update in case people want to know. 

I presume you need the paid version of Proton VPN so you can choose a country?

I had the same issue that started happening a couple hours ago. So annoying.

Thank you, just used proton vpn as well and it worked. I used Netherlands and now I’m back to creating, crazy how EA can’t get US back and running

Also can confirm using a VPN works, I'm using Proton Free VPN. Easy to install and got it after I saw the replies in this thread. Didn’t work for me on a Canadian server but when I got switched to a Switzerland server I was able to get in fine. Ridiculous that a company as big as EA takes this long to fix this. 

It’s taking them so long to fix team builder that I have been able to make enough logos to redo the entire nfl. 32 team designs and they can’t even get their stuff running properly lol. 

What vpn app did you use?

Can confirm VPN does work, just confirmed with Canada 

Truly getting ridiculous, teambuilder hasn’t worked all year…
