The servers cannot process my request
Cuervo I have a question as to why the servers cannot process my request on going for a week as well as me clearing cache and uninstalling it and reinstalling. I’ve gotten no help to this matter

Community ManagerThanks for the clarification. Can you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, apart from uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
I did turn off my WiFi and tested my connection before running the game I then switched profiles on the same console. Only then could I fully access all updates & challenges on Ultimate team, however the problem is my progress would be restarted and my money spent on the previous account would be all for nothing. What can be done to fix this issue?
