The servers cannot process my request
Cuervo I have a question as to why the servers cannot process my request on going for a week as well as me clearing cache and uninstalling it and reinstalling. I’ve gotten no help to this matter

Community ManagerHey Authentic3geezy & Frankstars89 , There’s a quick step we’d like you to try that may help unlock access to Madden 26 Ultimate Team on your main account:
- If you have any older Madden titles linked to this same account, please try launching the last one you've played.
- When it loads, check if you’re asked to complete any kind of security verification or challenge.
- If you see one, complete it fully and finish logging in.
- Once that’s done, go back to Madden 26 and try accessing Ultimate Team again.

EA_cuervo thanks for getting back to me but yeah tried this and still didn't work. Its been locked out now for over a month, crazy how no fix available

Frankstars89 Thanks for trying these steps. Could you please try logging in to MUT and the Companion app one more time? If you're unable to log in again, could you please take screenshots of what you see? Thanks for your patience and cooperation!
EA_cuervo hey yeah its working now thanks.... did you guys do something on the backend? Been over a month though so is there anyway to get some extra packs or coins now?
