Twitch Drop Not Received

I usually don't reply to forum posts but I agree with this... its been weeks now and every time I've talked to a "support agent" they parrot the same things over again. Some of use do the legwork before we bother asking for assistance and yet you say "its being worked on" every time. Its getting to there point where its not worth wasting time anymore... but that's exactly what they want... to have us give up and move on so they don't have to fix it.
