Twitch MCS stream is not tracking drops

I Cashnastyboooom on playstation 5 and eb1221 on twitch, watched the whole madden stream on my linked twitch account but received 0 rewards I would appreciate if this could be fixed and verified. Thanks.

I’ve been woke up all night watching to get my free card but the twitch wasn’t tracking the progress

I also watched the whole thing and got no credit for it

Mine did not either. Had it on for 3 hours and still don't see anything today.

Same here for me I watched for over 3 hours and the tracking did not show that at all. I haven’t even gotten my rewards

Watch for 3.5 hours and never progressed my twitch drops 

I watched the whole twitch stream the whole four hour and 45 minute twitch stream didn’t get none of the packs only for it to say that my progress wasn’t working and the most fear is still not in the game. What’s going on in the area? are you guys gonna fix it?

I watched to full stream last night but it did not track my twitch and ea is linked. Is there any way I could get the free player and packs please  i watch longer than a hour and 30 minutes

give us our twitch drops you promised or I will be taking legal action against EA for lying to customers and not fulfilling their promises

Last night I was. Watching the madden twitch stream just like thousands of other people and the stream did not track i would like to be reimbursed for the card and twitch packs.That I did not receive please and thank you
