Twitch MCS stream is not tracking drops

i watched the whole thing on 2 accounts on my phone and pc this didnt count nothing i hope they just give us the card or something

Watched well over 2 hours of the MCS stream today( with a Twitch Account linked to the correct Ea Accoint) and only got to 14 percent progress on the first twitch drop, I honestly don’t care about the packs I just want the Tristian McCollum card

I watched for 2 and a half hours… no drops… no progress tracking… I stayed on that long hoping it would start working but it never did… hopefully there will be a make right or something 

Same thing happened to me too. I was so excited to get the card and watch the tournament. I hope we all still get the card.

My twitch drop didn’t work I was in the stream since 5:30 est and I didn’t even get my Tristan mcollom and my twitch was linked to my ea account but the drops was just glitching going on and off and then yall guys changed the time but the drops was to really supposed to drop at 6 but it messed up and yall guys drop at 7 this twitch drop was completely unacceptable i just wonder is it a another way can i get my free safety I watch 5 hours for🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

They get $$ from twitch streams, so at this point we HAVE ALL BEEN SCAMMED. 

Didn’t receive any rewards as my progress was frozen and watch the entire stream 

I didn’t get my season pass xp for the mcs engagement or my new strong safety!

please help. 
Also if I have one win do not put me in a SUPERBOWL !!!!!! Bad matchmaking.
