Unable to connect to activate Madden 26

This has been happening for me for long time, I launch madden and eventually it says it can connect to internet to activate it.  I have already played this version of the game back when it was first added to EA Play, I haven't been able to play my 10 hours yet, says less than 9.  

I have deleted the files in the license folder and deleted files in temp folder and still get same message.  I haven't purchased the full version yet because I need to make sure I will be able to play.
