Same problem. Contacted live chat today & they ran me through troubleshooting but didn’t fix it so said they’d pass it on to technical team to investigate. Hopefully there’s a fix soon
Yeah, don’t hold your breath I’m afraid. I’ve been through that same cycle like 4-5 times so far. They’ll just close the case after a few days. So many people having the same issue and their dev team can’t figure out how to fix their broken servers. Either that or they don’t care and aren’t actually trying.
